1. Content Creation: Capture day-to-day activities at the water park through photos and videos, creating engaging and visually appealing content for various platforms.
2. Social Media Management: Manage and curate content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, to enhance our online presence.
3. Audience Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to engage the audience through reels, stories, and other interactive formats, fostering a sense of community and excitement.
4. Customer Feedback Collection: Actively interact with park visitors to gather feedback and testimonials, using these insights to improve the overall guest experience.
5. Weekly Reporting: Provide a comprehensive weekly report to the team leader, summarizing content performance, audience engagement metrics, and customer feedback.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and events, to align content creation with overall resort goals and initiatives.
7. Innovation: Stay current with social media trends and industry best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the table for continuous improvement in content creation and audience engagement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a content creator, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
• Strong photography and videography skills with proficiency in editing software.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and trends, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas.

Content Creation Strategy:
